Devon Graves
Devon Graves is a Paris-based American singer-songwriter celebrated for combining heartfelt music and lyrics. Her 2024 collaboration with French DJ Celestal entitled “Beautiful Lie”, which featured Devon both as a singer and songwriter, garnered over 3.2 million streams and over 30,000 plays on French radio and earned Devon international notoriety. In 2025, she will debut original songs composed for Cléopâtre: La Reine Louve, a new play by award-winning writer and director Eric Bouvron, premiering at the prestigious Avignon Theatre Festival. Devon will perform live during the show, showcasing her unique ability to blend storytelling and music.
Her solo album Du Tennessee À Paris, inspired by her American roots and Parisian life, combines pop, folk, and bluegrass influences. Devon’s songwriting extends beyond her own music; she co-wrote the hit tracks “Out in Style” and “Beautiful Lie,” which have collectively amassed millions of Spotify streams and earned top-20 chart positions in France. Her most recent collaboration, “Blackbird,” is a hopeful pop-folk anthem poised to continue this success.
Devon began her musical journey in Hebron, Kentucky, where she sang in church choirs and studied piano and guitar. After earning a degree in Voice, Composition, and Arranging at Belmont University in Nashville, she co-founded the folk collective Mosaic, releasing three albums and touring the U.S.
Since relocating to Paris in 2012, Devon has built a multifaceted career. She writes and adapts songs for international artists, including Cecilia Krull, Celestal, Sophia Grace and The Kids United. She also coaches vocalists to perfect their English diction, working with singers from Star Académie, The Kids United, Carla and more. She has written and performed on children’s projects like the Zanimomusic Montessori series, and performs with Les Jingle Belles, a vintage Christmas trio beloved across France.
